Let's walk & talk for no longer than 60 minutes, and of course with a rest in between. With movement, we can create space in our mind and find the words we need to express. Movement creates mind space, walking and talking may shift consciously mindsets, it can stop the monkey mind. Walking is good for your brain, improves your mood and it may reduce stress. I will show up in Rain, Hail or Shine. When you walk and talk, I will walk with you too. Let's walk and talk to create some mindspace.
